Was ex Military ATC, I suggest, the pilot on lobby have a callsign and only use that callsign, after that the phraseology is around that.
TWR → Tower (callsign Telos)
AC → Aircraft (callsign Eagle01)
RWY → Runway

— Start example —
AC - Telos this is Eagle01 request engine start up;
TWR - Eagle01 you’re cleared to start up, request ready to taxi rwy 24R;
AC - Wilco

etc etc etc.
I can create a manual about that. With that all comms between ATC and AC is more cleaner.

I’m Communication Operator, from military too, and I can create a manual too for:
AC<->Inf
AC<->TACP/FAC
Inf<->Inf
etc etc

As you might’ve noticed we are currently redesigning our entire community, the website and forums was the first step. Now we are looking into our servers to provide better expirence for the playerbase. These type of suggestions help us to get ideas for the new maps and missions. Back in 2020 we were going to introduce a Altitude/Speed Radar for ATC so players can track friendly and enemy units easier. But the ATC role got “pushed aside”. So in the new mission that we are building ATC will have a more active role in the server.
