But what would be the interest level of doing an op where players are apart of an artillery battery and forward observer team?
Using range tables and dialing in coordinates like an actual artillery battery.
seems like the perfect kind of thing to run when there’s only a 3-5 people available
I think it would be also a good training experience for people who haven’t used
The range table, map tools and charge types, ranging and adjustments as well
Since the M119, 80mm mortar and MLRS systems all have different charge types.
Very good point… actually I could see a useful mission for shooting AT of various types (smaw, maaws, even rpg7’s) at “live” targets, a mission for a small AT team to take out a dozen armor from a distance to practice with in less firing range-like situations.

Yeah conducting medical under fire could use a refresher course, but I’d like to talk too one of the higher ups on that one, incase any one wants to volunteer to be the one the one medical’ed so we aren’t breaking any sort of rule there.
