[Sound Bugs] File testing.

Currently when we have the time, we are testing out a few mods that may be conflicting with the vanilla sounds,
which is causing everything to lose their primary sound but still have the 'sonic blasts' and the 'bullet impacts'


Here are the current files that have been an issue:

Can confirm this as well, took RHS off my mod list and could once again hear reports. Honestly thought it was my audio drivers because I couldn't figure out which mod was causing the issue.
