Greetings guys,

I would like to share, provide and receive feedback on the awesome server Nak#3 Quicksilver.

-The Mag-Repack animation is not correct I assume, since it makes a healing movement.
-The Players Markers (Hexagon) should be removed to get a more immersive experience or at least one should have the ability to disable it via Player's Menu.
-We should accumulate points for tasks (missions) completed as Nak#1. Its satisfying to be rewarded for right doing in the server I guess :)
-The re-insertion flow back to AO should be better timed. Sometimes one heli flying with only one soldier not too savvy.
-Night transition and entire night AO should be part of the experience. No server reset.
-Make a once a week special Op to balance with Tac Tuesday and attract more public to this awesome variant ok NAK servers, Quicksilver.

Overall well balanced server and game experience including all the cool players that plays here everyday.

Love the initial sound and song when you login, options (Role Select) and Player's Menu a bit raw, but very cool anyways !!! Keep it up !

Cheers...
If it ain't broke, break it... Food for thought.

I have to say that while I agree with some points, I quite disagree with a few which I'll quote, and explain my position.

While I agree, immersion is an important thing you have to remember that it's still a public server, there will still be playing different levels of experience at the same time, and friendly fire will still certainly be an issue. For now the server has been "safe" as most of the players on there were experienced and took all the necessary precautions to make sure that they won't kill a friendly, however, it will change as different people (Mostly from Altis) will start getting interested, and willing to try out the new server.

I do think that at your own risk you should be able to disable it, and get a message along the line of "Hey, if you kill friendlies it's now even more your fault, consider checking your targets even better now".

I have mixed feelings here, as to be fairly honest the points on Altis are only useful (At least for me) for the Auto-Revive and so on, so while I do understand why you'd want it, I don't see a use for it.

That is only depending on the pilots, so I don't see how something can be changed. You also have to keep in mind that often as a pilot (So far I've been on the ground less then an hour on Tanoa) You not only depend on you, you might have a single guy sitting in your helicopter for five minutes, and you're technically wasting his playtime and ruining his experience, and the moment you decide to just go, someone else spawns and you leave him behind. So I'd say it only depends on the amount of pilots, and the experience of those pilots, not really from the server itself.

While I do enjoy the night operations, the server restart is not done to avoid the night.

Hey guys not sure if you're aware of this I just became aware of it myself. If you open up your map on the Tanoa server and navigate to the Leaderboards tab you will be able to read all the cool things in the works Rewards, special incentives, take a look when you have a chance.

I can not recommend enough that all players new to quicksilver open the map and read the information on the left-hand side, the information is broken down into categories and subcategories. Amongst the information you will find details about the leader board, any rules specific to a role, the hotkeys, sling loading, towing, rappeling, information about dog tags, documents, Gitmo and much more.

The information available will answer 95% of your questions.

There are a couple of categories that I am going to add or update today...more information about how to use Gitmo to guarantee the success of the capture type missions, and the new Teleport to the FOB from the base once the FOB is active, and the plow feature added to bobcats, used for eliminating mines..

Also not sure if its on the map or marked in the rules anywhere. This directly from Vile so Im just relaying it as they are slightly different then normal NAK rules. (if he wants to vet what is said even better)

1) All pilots/AIR must be in TS. NAK rank or status does not matter... anyone. This goes against the norm of Elite and Cmd being exempt from it

2) The Bobcat IS a free vehicle to use in the field. This is why its not yellow textured either. Since it was the only one I always would go on the assumption it dont leave base, but I asked specifically about it and the word was 'yes you can use it off base'. Actually its a great asset to have for the escort truck mish.

If there is any other rules that go against the norm can we get them posted up?

We may change your point number 1 "1) All pilots/AIR must be in TS. NAK rank or status does not matter... anyone. This goes against the norm of Elite and Cmd being exempt from it" once all pilots and players are more familiar with the radio system built-in, but until then it is a way to make sure players taking the helicopters and CAS are easily reachable by admins.

Other than that there are many new "rules" that apply to the Quicksilver server. Most are posted in the "Diary" (map text) in the Rules category.

Home > Visibility - The higher the number for grass the less grass there will be.
