TeamSpeak Server Rules

NOTE:The level of punishment is at the discretion of the Admin, and will be based on the severity of the action. If you break multiple rules your punishment may run consecutively. If you feel a rule has an unfair or unclear please contact Vile Ace.  Punishment enforced on the TS server may carry over to all NAK servers. Continued violation of any rules may be met with a permanent ban.

  1. No racism.  Any racism will met with an immediate permanent ban.
    • First offense: Permanent ban
  2. No verbal abuse. Slander or cursing directed at a player is not allowed and may lead to an immediate ban.
    • First offense: Kick
    • Second offence: 3 day ban
    • Third offence: Permanent ban
  3. No excessive use of indecent; obscene; lewd language.
    • First offense: Warning
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 1 day ban
  4. Don’t send links that can harm the user’s computer.  Examples include scam websites, porn websites, phishing websites or anything else that may harm a computer.
    • First offense: Kick
    • Second offence: 7 day ban
    • Third offence: Permanent ban
  5. No pornographic or explicit content. Applies to but not limited to avatars & file transfers.
    • First offense: Kick
    • Second offence: 7 day ban
    • Third offence: Permanent ban
  6. No Recording (except for those that are pre-approved or to collect evidence of rule violations ) Approved Streamers must get permission of the people in the channel that is being recorded.
    • First offense: Kick
    • Second offence: 3 day ban
    • Third offence: Permanent ban
  7. No offensive nicknames
    • First offense: Warning
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 1 day ban
  8. Please use a TS Nickname that matches or at least will be recognizable as your in-game profile name. Pilots are required to be on TeamSpeak make sure that your TeamSpeak nickname matches you in-game name, to prevent accidental kicks.
    • First offense: Warning
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 1 day ban
  9. Do not spam. Excessive messages, unwanted pokes and channel hopping are all examples of TS spamming
    • First offense: Warning
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 1 day ban
  10. No Inflammatory Topics.  Inflammatory topics include, but are not limited to, Racism, Religion, Politics
    • First offense: Warning
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 1 day ban
  11. No broadcasting of music in channel. Due to legal issues broadcasting music is prohibited.
    • First offense: Warning 
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 3 day ban
  12. Only file transfers approved by admin are allowed.
    • First offense: Warning 
    • Second offence: Kick
    • Third offence: 3 day ban
Additional guidelines
Respect all admins and members.
The channel admin has the responsibility for the channel/server. If you have problems, contact the admin. Do not argue with the admin about your punishment in open Channel. If you would like to speak to and Admin please do so in the admins private channel or the “Waiting for Support” channel.
This page does not cover all the rules; only the basic ones. If an admin finds an unfitting behavior he will moderate it accordingly.
If there is no admin online please do not take actions into your own hands. You can always contact administrators later or make a complaint.
